I attained my PhD degree in Production Ecology and Resource Conservation at Wageningen University. I have worked 11 years for International Agricultural Research for Development organizations (CGIAR) in Africa, mainly on development of sustainable agricultural production systems for smallholder farmers. I have also worked as a lecturer at a Dutch University of Applied Sciences in the program International Food and Agribusiness.  My experience and skills include scientific research and publication, data analysis, writing grant proposals, project management, country management, agribusiness management, sustainable value chain development, lecturing, supervising students and staff up to PhD level, developing and facilitating workshops, design and facilitate agricultural innovation systems approaches. I am analytical, an excellent writer, creative thinker, strong facilitator, good coach/supervisor, experienced in overseeing finance, administration and development projects.
