Gewünschtes kandidatenprofil:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Science or a related technical field
Professional or academic background involving jet engines, gas turbines or propulsion performance
Solid grasp of thermodynamics, aerodynamics knowledge is a plus
Hands-on exposure to engine performance modelling, simulation or analysis
Familiarity with tools such as NPSS, GasTurb or GTlab is advantageous
Programming or modelling skills in MATLAB/Simulink, Python or SQL are a plus
Background working in an engineering or regulated technical setting
Strong analytical mindset and structured approach to complex technical issues
Capability to collaborate within international, multidisciplinary teams
Confident communicator with technical stakeholders
Fluent English required; German skills are a plus but not mandatory
